How to reset tawakkalna password?
If your Tawakkalna application is registered then you’re eligible to reset the password following as below:
- Open the app and click “Help” to reset the password.
- Click update password.
- Type your National ID number/Iqama Number.
- Select your date of birth as per passport.
- Click next (The system will send OTP to your mobile number)
- Type OTP you received through SMS
- Type a new password and confirm the password.
Note: Make sure the password must be at least 8 characters, uppercase and lowercase at least one with English language only.
