The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the approved quota of pilgrims for the Hajj 2022.
The Saudi Arabian government has announced that only 850,000 foreign pilgrims will be allowed to perform Hajj this year, constituting 45.2% of the original quota for each country before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. This is due to the ongoing pandemic and the restrictions that have been placed on international travel.
