The Saudi Labor Law Article 81 written without prejudice to all of his other provisions, allows the employer to terminate the contract of work without notice or payment in lieu thereof. As for emoluments, there are six cases in which the employer is required to pay benefits to its employees. Have a look at Article 80 and for information see the below screenshot.
