University of Oxford, UK

The University of Oxford is the oldest university in the English-speaking world and one of the most prestigious. Founded in 1096, it has a long list of alumni ranging from John Calvin to Bill Clinton. In 2018, there were 25 thousand students enrolled at Oxford with over 40% coming from outside of Britain or Ireland.
